### sec.14 Effect of continuing detention order or interim detention order
A continuing detention order has effect in accordance with its terms—
on the order being made or at the end of the prisoner’s period of imprisonment, whichever is the later; and
until rescinded.
An interim detention order has effect in accordance with its terms—
on the order being made or at the end of the prisoner’s period of imprisonment, whichever is the later; and
for the period stated in the order, unless earlier rescinded.

(sec.14-ssec.1) A continuing detention order has effect in accordance with its terms— on the order being made or at the end of the prisoner’s period of imprisonment, whichever is the later; and until rescinded.
(sec.14-ssec.2) An interim detention order has effect in accordance with its terms— on the order being made or at the end of the prisoner’s period of imprisonment, whichever is the later; and for the period stated in the order, unless earlier rescinded.
