### sec.99 Meaning of confiscation offence
An offence is a confiscation offence if it is—
a serious criminal offence; or
another indictable offence, whether dealt with on indictment or summarily; or
an offence against this Act for which an offender is liable to imprisonment; or
an offence against an Act or a provision specified in schedule 2 , part 2 ; or
another offence prescribed under a regulation as a confiscation offence.
