### sec.93ZZU Request for Attorney-General to return property
This section applies if a person is given a notice under section 93ZZT relating to property that is still vested in the State.
The person may, in writing, ask the Attorney-General to return the property to the person.
As soon as practicable after receiving the notice, the Attorney-General must arrange for the property to be transferred to the applicant or someone else nominated by the applicant.
The Attorney-General may do or authorise the doing of anything necessary or convenient to be done for the transfer.

(sec.93ZZU-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is given a notice under section 93ZZT relating to property that is still vested in the State.
(sec.93ZZU-ssec.2) The person may, in writing, ask the Attorney-General to return the property to the person.
