### sec.93ZZR Hardship orders court may make
Subject to subsection (2) , the court may make any of the following hardship orders—
if the special property is still vested in the State—an order—
directing the State to transfer the property to the dependant; or
directing the State to sell the property and pay an amount to the dependant from the proceeds of sale;
if the special property is no longer vested in the State—an order directing the State to pay to the dependant the value of the special property or a lesser amount.
The court may only make a hardship order the court considers is necessary to prevent hardship to the dependant.
If the dependant is under 18 years, the court may also make an ancillary order the court considers necessary for ensuring the proper transfer of property, or application of an amount to be paid, to the dependant.
