### sec.93ZZM Ch 2A restraining order does not prevent making of ch 2 or 3 restraining order The making of a restraining order under this chapter on the basis of a person being, or about to be, charged with or convicted of a qualifying offence does not prevent the making of a restraining order under chapter 2 or chapter 3 on the basis of the illegal activity that constitutes the qualifying offence. This section does not limit section 257 . s 93ZZM ins 2013 No. 21 s 42 (sec.93ZZM-ssec.1) The making of a restraining order under this chapter on the basis of a person being, or about to be, charged with or convicted of a qualifying offence does not prevent the making of a restraining order under chapter 2 or chapter 3 on the basis of the illegal activity that constitutes the qualifying offence. (sec.93ZZM-ssec.2) This section does not limit section 257 .
