### sec.93ZZF Effect of serious drug offender confiscation order
On the making of a serious drug offender confiscation order, the property the subject of the order—
is forfeited to the State; and
vests absolutely in the State.
However, the Supreme Court may exclude property that would otherwise be forfeited if the court is satisfied it is not in the public interest to include the property in the order.
Subsection (1) (b) is subject to the provisions of this Act under which the Supreme Court may make orders about the property vested or to be vested in the State.
The Supreme Court may give any necessary or convenient directions for giving effect to the forfeiture.
If the person forfeiting the property is in possession of it, the court may give directions about who is to have possession of the property.
