### sec.93ZZA Response by prescribed respondent
The prescribed respondent may file a response to the application under section 93ZZ .
The response must state—
details of any property the prescribed respondent believes is protected property; and
the reasons why the prescribed respondent believes the property is protected property; and
details of any public interest considerations the prescribed respondent will ask the court to take into account.
The prescribed respondent must file the response in the Supreme Court and give a copy of it to the State at least 14 days before the hearing date of the application.
The response must be accompanied by any affidavit the prescribed respondent intends to rely on at the hearing of the application.

(sec.93ZZA-ssec.1) The prescribed respondent may file a response to the application under section 93ZZ .
