### sec.93ZO Extension of restraining order
On the application of the State, the Supreme Court may extend the period for which a restraining order is to remain in force.
The State must give notice of the application to—
the prescribed respondent; and
anyone else whose property is restrained under the restraining order; and
anyone else the applicant considers may have an interest in the restrained property.
A person given or entitled to be given notice under subsection (2) may appear at the hearing of the application.

(sec.93ZO-ssec.1) On the application of the State, the Supreme Court may extend the period for which a restraining order is to remain in force.
(sec.93ZO-ssec.2) The State must give notice of the application to— the prescribed respondent; and anyone else whose property is restrained under the restraining order; and anyone else the applicant considers may have an interest in the restrained property.
