### sec.93P Conditions about dealing with property by agreement
The Supreme Court may impose a condition authorising the commission or, if the application is made by a police officer, the commissioner of the police service to agree to—
the disposal of the property restrained under the restraining order by its owner to enable the proceeds of the disposal to be applied to satisfy all or part of a debt payable under another order made under this Act; or
the application of the property by its owner to satisfy all or part of a debt payable under another order made under this Act.
