### sec.93K Notice of application for restraining order
Subject to section 93L (2) , the State must give the following persons notice of the application—
each person whose property is the subject of the application;
anyone else the authorised commission officer or police officer whose affidavit supports the application considers has an interest in the property.
Under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 , an application filed in a court must be served on each respondent at least 3 business days before the day set for hearing the application.
Notice given under subsection (1) (a) must be accompanied by a copy of the affidavit supporting the application.
Notice given under subsection (1) (b) must include a statement informing the person that if the person asks, the person will be given a copy of the affidavit supporting the application.
