### sec.93E Meaning of protected property
For this chapter, protected property , of a person, means property of the person of a kind mentioned in a relevant provision that would not, if the person became a bankrupt under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cwlth) , be divisible amongst the person’s creditors.
A regulation may make provision for how the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cwlth) , section 116 (2) is to apply for the purpose of subsection (1) .
In this section—
relevant provision means the following provisions of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cwlth) —
section 116 (2) (b) (i) ;
section 116 (2) (ba) ;
section 116 (2) (c) (i) ;
section 116 (2) (ca) ;
section 116 (2) (g) .
For subsection (3) , definition relevant provision , paragraph (b) , section 116(2)(ba)(iii) is to be disregarded.
