### sec.74 What is an innocent interest exclusion order
An innocent interests exclusion order is an order that—
states the nature, extent and, if necessary for the order, the value, when the order is made, of the interest mentioned in section 73 (2) ; and
directs the State to pay to the applicant the value of the interest.
