### sec.59 Effect of forfeiture order
On the making of a forfeiture order the property the subject of the order—
is forfeited to the State; and
vests absolutely in the State.
Subsection (1) (b) is subject to the provisions of this Act under which the Supreme Court may make orders about the property vested or to be vested in the State.
(sec.59-ssec.1) On the making of a forfeiture order the property the subject of the order— is forfeited to the State; and vests absolutely in the State.
(sec.59-ssec.2) Subsection (1) (b) is subject to the provisions of this Act under which the Supreme Court may make orders about the property vested or to be vested in the State.
- (a) is forfeited to the State; and
- (b) vests absolutely in the State.
