### sec.294 Transitional provision for unexplained wealth orders
An unexplained wealth order may be applied for, and made, in relation to—
a serious crime related activity engaged in by a person whether before or after the commencement; or
serious crime derived property acquired by a person from someone else whether before or after the commencement.
