### sec.287 Orders under ss 37 and 129 This section applies if a person makes an application for a particular type of order under section 37 or 129 before the commencement and the Supreme Court has not dealt with the application on the commencement. The application remains valid despite the amendment Act and the Supreme Court, on the application, may make an order of the same type after the commencement under the Act as amended by the amendment Act. s 287 ins 2009 No. 2 s 63 (sec.287-ssec.1) This section applies if a person makes an application for a particular type of order under section 37 or 129 before the commencement and the Supreme Court has not dealt with the application on the commencement. (sec.287-ssec.2) The application remains valid despite the amendment Act and the Supreme Court, on the application, may make an order of the same type after the commencement under the Act as amended by the amendment Act.
