### sec.279 Application for chapter 2 restraining order if property restrained under old restraining order
This Act does not prevent the State from applying to the Supreme Court for a chapter 2 restraining order in relation to property that includes property that is restrained under an old restraining order.
If the Supreme Court makes a chapter 2 restraining order in relation to the property to which the application relates, the Supreme Court must also set aside the old restraining order.
In this section—
chapter 2 restraining order means a restraining order under chapter 2 of this Act.
(sec.279-ssec.1) This Act does not prevent the State from applying to the Supreme Court for a chapter 2 restraining order in relation to property that includes property that is restrained under an old restraining order.
(sec.279-ssec.2) If the Supreme Court makes a chapter 2 restraining order in relation to the property to which the application relates, the Supreme Court must also set aside the old restraining order.
(sec.279-ssec.3) In this section— chapter 2 restraining order means a restraining order under chapter 2 of this Act.
