### sec.273 Old forfeiture orders
An old forfeiture order in force immediately before the commencement of this section is taken to be a new forfeiture order and any step necessary to be taken for enforcing the order may be taken under this Act.
Any proceeding, including an appeal, that may be started by a person because of the making of an old forfeiture order may, if the time for starting the proceeding has not ended, be started under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the day the old forfeiture order was made.
