### sec.268 Definitions for ch 12 In this chapter— new forfeiture order means a forfeiture order made under chapter 3. new order means each of the following orders— a new forfeiture order; a new pecuniary penalty order; a new restraining order; a new special forfeiture order. new pecuniary penalty order means a pecuniary penalty order made under chapter 3. new restraining order means a restraining order made under chapter 3. new special forfeiture order means a special forfeiture order made under chapter 3. old Act means the repealed Crimes (Confiscation) Act 1989 . old forfeiture order means a forfeiture order made under the old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this part. old order means any of the following orders— an old forfeiture order; an old pecuniary penalty order; an old restraining order; an old special forfeiture order. old pecuniary penalty order means a pecuniary penalty order made under the old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this part. old restraining order means a restraining order made under the old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this part. old special forfeiture order means a special forfeiture order made under the old Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act. - (a) a new forfeiture order; - (b) a new pecuniary penalty order; - (c) a new restraining order; - (d) a new special forfeiture order. - (a) an old forfeiture order; - (b) an old pecuniary penalty order; - (c) an old restraining order; - (d) an old special forfeiture order.
