### sec.264A Payment of amount under equitable sharing program The Attorney-General may give a direction for the payment, under an equitable sharing program, to another participating jurisdiction of an amount— out of property forfeited under this Act or the proceeds of the disposal of forfeited property; or paid to the State under an order made under this Act. This section does not limit section 214 .
