### sec.255 Arrangements to defeat operation of Act
The State may apply to the Supreme Court for an order declaring that a scheme carried out by a particular person was carried out for the purpose of directly or indirectly defeating the operation of this Act.
The State must give written notice of the application to the person against whom the order is sought and anyone else the appropriate officer making the application for the State considers has an interest in the property to which the scheme relates.
At any time before it finally decides the application, the Supreme Court may direct the State to give notice of the application to the persons, in the way and within the time, the court considers appropriate.
