### sec.239 Interstate order about return of seized property
If property has been seized under a search warrant issued in reliance on the commission of an interstate confiscation offence and a court of the other State makes either of the following orders, the order must, as far as possible, be given effect in Queensland—
an order directing that the property be returned to the person from whose possession it was seized;
an order directing that the person be allowed access to the property.
The order has effect as if it were an order for the return of the property made under either of the following—
for property in the possession of the commission—the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 , section 114 ;
for property in the possession of the police service—the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 696 .

- (a) an order directing that the property be returned to the person from whose possession it was seized;
