### sec.230 Effect of forfeiture on charge On the forfeiture of property under this Act, a charge that is enforceable under the Legal Aid Act continues to have effect and may be satisfied out of the proceeds of the disposal of the forfeited property. The Legal Aid Act contains provisions allowing Legal Aid to enforce charges over property that is not forfeited under this Act.
