### sec.209 Effect of special forfeiture order
The amount stated in a special forfeiture order is a debt payable by the prescribed respondent to the State.
The special forfeiture order may be enforced as if it were a money order made by the Supreme Court in a civil proceeding taken by the State against the person for the recovery of the amount payable under the special forfeiture order.
A person who pays an amount payable under a relevant contract to the State as directed under a special forfeiture order is discharged from the terms of the relevant contract.
(sec.209-ssec.1) The amount stated in a special forfeiture order is a debt payable by the prescribed respondent to the State.
