### sec.170 What is a buy-back order A buy-back order is an order that states— the nature, extent and value, when the order is made, of the interest; and that the person may buy back the interest by paying to the State the amount stated as the value of the interest. s 170 sub 2003 No. 77 s 60 - (a) the nature, extent and value, when the order is made, of the interest; and - (b) that the person may buy back the interest by paying to the State the amount stated as the value of the interest.
