### sec.160 Discharge of forfeiture order
A forfeiture order is discharged if any of the following happens—
the conviction because of which the order was made is quashed;
a payment is made under a release order in relation to all of the interests in forfeited property;
the order is set aside under section 177 ;
the order is discharged on appeal.
