### sec.153A Definitions for div 2A In this division— applicant means a person who may apply for— a forfeiture order; or a restraining order for the purposes of forfeiture. convicted person means a person convicted of a confiscation offence. prescribed respondent see section 116 . unavailable property means property that is not available for forfeiture. s 153A ins 2009 No. 2 s 50 - (a) a forfeiture order; or - (b) a restraining order for the purposes of forfeiture.
