### sec.15 Meaning of illegal activity
An illegal activity is an activity that is—
a serious crime related activity; or
an act or omission that is an offence against the law of Queensland or the Commonwealth; or
an act or omission committed outside Queensland that—
is an offence against the law of the place in which it is committed; and
would be an offence mentioned in paragraph (b) if it were committed in Queensland.

- (c) an act or omission committed outside Queensland that— (i) is an offence against the law of the place in which it is committed; and (ii) would be an offence mentioned in paragraph (b) if it were committed in Queensland.
