### sec.131C Role of the examinee’s lawyer The lawyer of the person being examined may, at the times during the examination that the court or court officer decides— address the court or court officer about matters on which the person has been examined; and examine the person about matters on which the person has been examined. s 131C ins 2004 No. 43 s 38 amd 2009 No. 2 s 42 - (a) address the court or court officer about matters on which the person has been examined; and - (b) examine the person about matters on which the person has been examined.
