### sec.103 Meaning of effective control
Effective control of property has the same meaning as in section 20 .
The definition of property is given by the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , schedule 1 .
For subsection (1) , a reference in section 20 to chapter 2 is taken to be a reference to this chapter.
