A is convicted of the confiscation offence of producing a dangerous drug.
A used A’s warehouse to produce the dangerous drug.
A sells the warehouse and uses the proceeds to buy a house.
The house is property derived by A from property used in, or in connection with, the commission of the confiscation offence of producing a dangerous drug.
The house is tainted property under section 104 (1) (b) .
