### sec.2A Interpretation In this Act— corrective services facility see the Corrective Services Act 2006 , schedule 4 . s 2A def corrective services facility ins 2013 No. 53 s 4 offence of a sexual nature includes any offence constituted wholly or partly by an act whereby the offender has exhibited a failure to exercise proper control over the offender’s sexual instincts and any offence in the circumstances associated with the committal whereof the offender has exhibited a failure to exercise such proper control over the offender’s sexual instincts, and includes an assault of a sexual nature.
