### sec.22N Application of div 2 This division applies if— because of the operation of part 4 , there is a public interest declaration for a person; and the public interest declaration stops applying or does not apply to the person other than because of— a declaration made by the Governor in Council under section 22F ; or a determination of the Supreme Court that a decision about the public interest declaration is affected by jurisdictional error. s 22N ins 2013 No. 53 s 6 - (a) because of the operation of part 4 , there is a public interest declaration for a person; and - (b) the public interest declaration stops applying or does not apply to the person other than because of— (i) a declaration made by the Governor in Council under section 22F ; or (ii) a determination of the Supreme Court that a decision about the public interest declaration is affected by jurisdictional error. - (i) a declaration made by the Governor in Council under section 22F ; or - (ii) a determination of the Supreme Court that a decision about the public interest declaration is affected by jurisdictional error. - (i) a declaration made by the Governor in Council under section 22F ; or - (ii) a determination of the Supreme Court that a decision about the public interest declaration is affected by jurisdictional error.
