### sec.22G End of detention and revival of DPSOA order
If a relevant event happens for a detained person—
the person is no longer to be detained under division 3 ; and
the DPSOA order for which the person was a relevant person revives, unless it is a supervision order and the period for which the order had effect, as stated in the order, has passed.
If a supervision order is revived under subsection (1) (b) , the period for which the person was detained under division 3 must be counted as part of the period for which the order has effect.
However, this section is subject to sections 22I and 22J .

(sec.22G-ssec.1) If a relevant event happens for a detained person— the person is no longer to be detained under division 3 ; and the DPSOA order for which the person was a relevant person revives, unless it is a supervision order and the period for which the order had effect, as stated in the order, has passed.
(sec.22G-ssec.2) If a supervision order is revived under subsection (1) (b) , the period for which the person was detained under division 3 must be counted as part of the period for which the order has effect.
(sec.22G-ssec.3) However, this section is subject to sections 22I and 22J .

- (b) the DPSOA order for which the person was a relevant person revives, unless it is a supervision order and the period for which the order had effect, as stated in the order, has passed.
