### sec.22F Declaration to end detention
This section applies if, on the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council is satisfied that detaining a detained person under division 3 is no longer in the public interest.
The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, declare that division 3 no longer applies to the person.
Notice of the declaration must be personally served on the person.
The continuing detention declaration stops applying to the person when the declaration is gazetted.

(sec.22F-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council is satisfied that detaining a detained person under division 3 is no longer in the public interest.
