### sec.18D Submissions by Attorney-General
If a detainee applies to the Queensland board for a parole order, the Queensland board must give the Attorney-General a copy of the application.
The Attorney-General may make written submissions to the Queensland board in relation to the application.
The Queensland board must consider any submissions by the Attorney-General when deciding whether to grant the application.

(sec.18D-ssec.1) If a detainee applies to the Queensland board for a parole order, the Queensland board must give the Attorney-General a copy of the application.
