### 29A Supervision orders

> > (1) [*\[Section 29A Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2023, s. 16, Applied:25 Sep 2023\]*](/view/html/inforce/2023-09-25/act-2023-004#GS16@Hpa@EN) A supervision order is an order releasing the person to whom it applies under the supervision of the Chief Psychiatrist and on such conditions as to the supervision of that person and such other conditions as the court considers appropriate.
