### sch.1-sec.5-oc.2 Stealing by persons in the public service
If the offender is a person employed in the public service, and the thing stolen is the property of the Sovereign, or came into the possession of the offender by virtue of the offender’s employment, the offender is liable to imprisonment for 10 years.
