### sch.1-sec.471 Damaging mines A person who unlawfully and with intent to damage a mine— damages a mine; or obstructing the working of a mine by running water into the mine or into an underground passage leading into the mine interferes with equipment or infrastructure, whether complete or not, connected or used with a mine; commits a crime. Maximum penalty—7 years imprisonment.
