### sch.1-sec.442I Penalty on conviction
Any person guilty of a crime against any of the provisions of this chapter is—
liable, if a corporation, to a penalty of 3,400 penalty units, and if an individual, to 7 years imprisonment; and
in addition, liable to be ordered to pay to such person and in such manner as the court directs the amount or value, according to the estimation of the court, of any valuable consideration received or given by the person, or any part thereof, and such order shall be enforceable in the same manner as an order of the court.
