### sch.1-sec.430 Fraudulent falsification of records
Any person who with intent to defraud—
makes a false entry in any record; or
omits to make an entry in any record; or
gives any certificate or information that is false in a material particular; or
in any way falsifies, destroys, alters or damages any record; or
produces or makes use of any record the person knows is false in a material particular;
commits a crime.
Maximum penalty—10 years imprisonment.
