### sch.1-sec.12-oc.3 Emergency vehicles
If—
the property in question is an emergency vehicle; and
the offender knows, or ought reasonably to know, the property is an emergency vehicle;
the offender commits a crime.
Maximum penalty—7 years imprisonment.
- (a) the property in question is an emergency vehicle; and
- (b) the offender knows, or ought reasonably to know, the property is an emergency vehicle;
