24A Mandatory requirements for supervision and other prohibitions to be disregarded in sentencing
> > (1) In sentencing an offender, the court must not take into account, as a mitigating factor in sentencing, the fact that the offender—
> >
> > > (a) has or may become a registrable person under the [Child Protection (Offenders Registration) Act 2000](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2000-042) as a consequence of the offence, or
> >
> > > (b) has or may become the subject of an order under the [Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Act 2004](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2004-046), or
> >
> > > (c) as a consequence of being convicted of the offence, has become a disqualified person within the meaning of the [Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-051), or
> >
> > > (d) has or may become the subject of an order under the [Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2006-007), or
> >
> > > (e) has or may become the subject of an order under the [Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2017-068).
