### sec.52D Communication with lawyer
A prisoner in a corrective services facility is authorised to communicate by phone or other approved means with the prisoner’s lawyer, subject to confirmation of the identity and appointment of the lawyer.
Communication with a prisoner under subsection (1) —
takes place in accordance with arrangements approved by the chief executive; and
must not be recorded or monitored by the chief executive.

(sec.52D-ssec.1) A prisoner in a corrective services facility is authorised to communicate by phone or other approved means with the prisoner’s lawyer, subject to confirmation of the identity and appointment of the lawyer.
(sec.52D-ssec.2) Communication with a prisoner under subsection (1) — takes place in accordance with arrangements approved by the chief executive; and must not be recorded or monitored by the chief executive.
