### sec.490ZL Advice and recommendations relating to safety orders and temporary safety orders This section applies if, before the commencement, a doctor or psychologist— gave advice to the chief executive as mentioned in section 53(1) or 54(2); or made a recommendation to the chief executive under section 55(4) or 58(5). For applying chapter 2, part 2, division 5 in relation to a prisoner after the commencement, the advice or recommendation is taken to have been given or made by an authorised practitioner. s 490ZL ins 2024 No. 24 s 18 (sec.490ZL-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a doctor or psychologist— gave advice to the chief executive as mentioned in section 53(1) or 54(2); or made a recommendation to the chief executive under section 55(4) or 58(5).
