### sec.490ZE Existing applications for parole order
This section applies to an application for a parole order under section 176 or 180 made, but not decided, before the commencement.
From the commencement, the following sections and schedule 4, as amended or inserted by the amending Act, apply in relation to the application—
chapter 5, parts 1AA and 1AB;
sections 176A and 176B;
section 180;
sections 193 to 193AA;
sections 229A to 229C;
section 234;
section 324A.

(sec.490ZE-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for a parole order under section 176 or 180 made, but not decided, before the commencement.
(sec.490ZE-ssec.2) From the commencement, the following sections and schedule 4, as amended or inserted by the amending Act, apply in relation to the application— chapter 5, parts 1AA and 1AB; sections 176A and 176B; section 180; sections 193 to 193AA; sections 229A to 229C; section 234; section 324A.
