### sec.490F Prisoner classifications
This section applies in relation to a prisoner who, immediately before the commencement, was subject to a criminal organisation segregation order under the pre-amended Act.
On the commencement, the prisoner’s security classification under the pre-amended Act, section 12(1B), is the prisoner’s security classification under section 12(1).
The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the commencement, review the prisoner’s security classification under section 13.

(sec.490F-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a prisoner who, immediately before the commencement, was subject to a criminal organisation segregation order under the pre-amended Act.
(sec.490F-ssec.2) On the commencement, the prisoner’s security classification under the pre-amended Act, section 12(1B), is the prisoner’s security classification under section 12(1).
(sec.490F-ssec.3) The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the commencement, review the prisoner’s security classification under section 13.
