### sec.486 Application of ss 185A and 199(5)
Despite sections 185A and 199(5), a proceeding started before the commencement, and pending at the commencement, in relation to the issue of a court ordered parole order under section 199(1) for a prescribed prisoner may be continued as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
If the outcome of the proceeding is that the court ordered parole order must be issued for the prescribed prisoner, this Act applies for the prescribed prisoner’s court ordered parole as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
In this section—
prescribed prisoner means a prisoner to whom section 185A applies.
proceeding means a proceeding under the Judicial Review Act 1991 .

(sec.486-ssec.1) Despite sections 185A and 199(5), a proceeding started before the commencement, and pending at the commencement, in relation to the issue of a court ordered parole order under section 199(1) for a prescribed prisoner may be continued as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(sec.486-ssec.2) If the outcome of the proceeding is that the court ordered parole order must be issued for the prescribed prisoner, this Act applies for the prescribed prisoner’s court ordered parole as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(sec.486-ssec.3) In this section— prescribed prisoner means a prisoner to whom section 185A applies. proceeding means a proceeding under the Judicial Review Act 1991 .
