### sec.467 Commissioner to provide criminal history This section applies if, before the commencement— the chief executive asked the commissioner for a report about the criminal history of a person under previous section 244 (the previous request ); and the commissioner had not given the report. The previous request is taken to be a request under— for a previous request about an offender mentioned in previous section 244(1)(a)—section 342(1); or otherwise—section 334(2).
