### sec.465 Compensation for loss or damage to property This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was entitled to apply under previous section 241(2) for compensation for loss or damage mentioned in the section. The person may apply for the compensation under previous section 241(2) as if this Act had not been enacted.
