### sec.458 Inspector’s reports This section applies if, before the commencement, inspectors appointed under previous section 219(3) to investigate an incident had not given the chief executive a report as required under previous section 223. The inspectors are taken to have been appointed under section 295(1) for the incident. Section 305 provides for the inspectors’ report. To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 295(2) does not apply to the appointment.
